Their Italian-style pizza selection features seven traditional recipes, all fired in a wood-burning brick oven at 750°F, using fresh ingredients, and all of their dishes are prepared in-house. Embur is also home to a full bar, complete with specialty cocktails, draft and bottled beer, and a Spanish, Argentinian, French, and Chilean wine selection.
